beach. 500m from either Margate Swimming Beach or Lucien (Margate North)

also be converted to a king size bed). Bedroom 3 (small) with a bunk bed.
Lounge, separate dining room and kitchen. Bathroom with shower above bath,
separate toilet. One under cover parking. Tariff very reasonable. Fenced .
